  • Accepted forms of identification include a Driver's License, U.S. Passport, State ID, Inmate ID (issued by CA Dept. of Corrections), U.S. Military ID, or an Employee ID (issued by CA agency or city/county office). Alternative IDs may be permissible for certain notarial acts but require prior confirmation with your Notary.

    Additionally, the Notary can assist if you cannot print documents beforehand, though extra fees may apply.

  • As a mobile Notary, we gladly offer to travel to your location. We can arrange the appointment at any public venue if you prefer not to meet at your residence.

  • We accept cash, cards, electronic payments (e.g., Zelle, Cash App, Google Pay), cashier's checks, and money orders.

    Personal checks are not permitted.

  • Taylor Mobile Notary Services adheres to California Government Code section 8211, which specifies the maximum fees that may be charged for notary public services.

    Any additional charges may include travel expenses, notarizations outside regular business hours, priority same-day service, and other exceptional situations.
